About the Home
This Epic 10-bedroom, 10-bathroom house is in the heart of Old Town Park City. Appropriately labeled ‘Epic Lodge’, this luxury mountain home is over 7000 sqft of living space and customized for your large group getaway! After a day of skiing or mountain biking, unwind in your own private hot tub, shoot a game of pool, or walk to the vibrant Historic Main street to enjoy the dozens of amazing restaurants and shops that Park City has to offer.
The Space
Paramount among the quaint homes along the mountainside is this 10 bedroom Epic Lodge. It’s the perfect destination for a legendary ski trip, memorable family reunion, bachelor/bachelorette weekend, or corporate retreat. This is your home away from home, with an open concept layout with a huge double sized kitchen, 2 living rooms, billiards table and wet bar. On the ground level floor there is an oversized hot tub for 7 people, a spacious fully equipped ski room w/ boot warmers, and a 5 car garage. Too tired to walk? Take the elevator to all floors of the house. You have tons of bedrooms to choose from as well:

The home is fully equipped with ultra high speed internet (1gb Xfinity service!) and wifi repeaters throughout to ensure coverage in any room of the house. 12 flat screen TV's throughout the house. Multi-zone radiant heat system. Newly installed AC system. Additional individual PTAC heating/cooling systems in the bedrooms. On top of all that, the home comes fully equipped with all the essentials to make your trip a breeze. Paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, trash bags, dish soap, spices, and the list goes on. The kitchen is equipped with just about every thing you could ask for: multiple coffee makers, 2x fridge/freezers, 2x ovens, 10 burner dual range w/ commercial hood, 2x dishwasher, 2x sinks, microwave, toaster oven, slow cooker, massive amounts of counter space, walk in pantry, and just about every cooking dish/pot/pan/utensil you can think of. If you get a bit overwhelmed, just ask us for a recommendation for a private chef to come do all the cooking and cleaning for you and your family!

The Neighborhood
The house is right in the thick of 'Old Town'. This is the most exclusive and premier location for all of Park City. Park City has evolved from a mid-nineteenth center silver mining settlement, to a year-round destination resort town, known for its world class accommodations, fine dining and historic charm. Old Town, also referred to as the Historic District, is undeniably the heart of Park City. Homes here will always be in high demand for that reason. Many primary residence buyers, eager to be in the midst of everything, are drawn to Old Town’s charm and vibrancy. It rates #1 in terms of walkability, ski access, and proximity to shops, restaurants, night life and special events. This isn't an upsell; ask any local or frequent visitor and they will absolutely confirm this location cannot be beat.
Getting Around
Everything is within walking distance from you. Walk just one block to Park City Mountain Resort, or a short stroll to the iconic main street. If you wish to venture further you can take the free shuttle buses to Deer Valley or Canyons. The bus stop is located half a block away. Please see the Park City Transit for Park City’s Free Bus Schedule. Uber and Lyft are also other good way of transportation if needed and readily available in the Park City Area.
Access
The home comes with more parking than you could ever need. 5 attached garage spots (tandem) with another 3 driveway spots will give you plenty of options for the whole group. All access doors have Yale automated locks and you'll be assigned your own personalized access code for your stay. No need for physical keys anymore! On the off chance you run into any issues, we're available anytime during your stay should you need assistance.
Good to Know
CANCELLATION POLICY: We allow cancellations up to 90 days before check-in for a full refund, minus a 3% cancellation fee on any deposits paid via credit card. Our payment processor does not refund the credit card fee, so we simply ask guests to cover that expense in the event they need to cancel more than 90 days before. In the event you need to cancel less than 90 days out, we will do our best to rent the house back out and will refund you the difference if we are able to get a booking over your dates.

Jonathan was able to accomodate our group on a last minute booking within an hour of AirBnB needing to find us a new property. We arrived at the home, it was clean, as described, and and he was very accomodating. The property is massive, and easily accommodated our family and four vehicles with plenty of room to spare. Very easy to walk to local shops and restaurants in the area. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this host and property!

We had a wonderful second stay at this Park City Airbnb and can’t recommend it enough! From arrival, everything exceeded expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked for a comfortable, relaxing visit. Cozy furnishings, natural light, plush bedding, and a well-equipped kitchen showed how much the hosts care about their guests.
The location was ideal, minutes from world-class skiing, shops, and restaurants, yet peaceful and private. After long days on the slopes, we loved unwinding in the hot tub and sauna or relaxing in one of the two comfortable living areas.
Communication with Jon and Brinn was seamless. They were responsive, friendly, and provided clear instructions, making our stay stress-free.
We also enjoyed two incredible private dinners from Rebekah’s Kitchen.
This truly felt like a home away from home. We’d absolutely stay again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We hosted a retreat for 10 ladies who love having their own bedrooms and bathrooms, so this house accommodated them perfectly! Plenty of room for all. I was expecting more of a secluded lot for such a large home, and not one butted up next to apartment buildings, but it was conveniently located just a few blocks from town. The elevator was a hit with my senior ladies and that’s hard to find in a house!

We stayed at the Epic Lodge in late June of 2024. The property is in an excellent location close to PMCR and a walking distance to the center of Park City. The Lodge is large and spacious with plenty of rooms with en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is large and well equipped. There is a nice park within walking distance and you can access trails right out the door. Our hosts were super responsive and helpful. We hope to stay here again soon!

The best place for large groups!! We were a group of 15 and this house was totally perfect. Quiet, very comfortable beds, two dishwashers which we appreciated being so many, plenty of room to spread out. WALKABLE TO SKI SCHOOL for the kids and lifts for adults - priceless. Jonathan was very responsive to all our questions! Easy check-in. Highly recommended!!
We hosted a large group and skied (3) mountains which included Park City/Canyons, Deer Valley and Alta. The house was a perfect size for our group, allowing everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The parking level was great. We parked (3) large SUVs in the heated garage. Our group was impressed with the ski room with lockers so everyone could store their equipment. The boot/clothing dryers was a very helpful allowing our items to dry out overnight. We used the spa and hot tub frequently. The first floor was amazing. We spent most of our time there as a group watching the Superbowl on the large tv's, playing pool and games, and even brought in a private chef. The dinning area was comfortable for our size group. We would definitely be interested in renting this house again!
Jonathan was extremely helpful before, during and upon our departure. We had to leave early and Jonathan went above and beyond to assist in making our quick departure extremely easy. This was well worth the visit.
We used this house for a corporate director's retreat and it was perfect! It's much larger than the photos suggest and we were all impressed with the space. There were 10 of us and all of us felt comfortable and had our own bathrooms. The kitchen was perfect and so well stocked and we were able to use the tv's quickly for presenting. It was really easy to park our four rental cars and we were able to quickly walk to a convenience store if we needed it or to Main Street for dinner. Highly recommend!

The house was a perfect place for our large family reunion. The rooms were clean and spacious. Especially liked that the kitchen cabinets were labeled so we did not have to open every drawer to find items. Appreciated that we were able to enter the house 4 hours early as a number of us arrived to Park City that morning

Our stay was amazing, and many of the employees we had visit/stay are hoping to book for their next staycation. It was within walking distance and had everything we needed. The outdoor firepit was super nice for a chilly night, and the sauna and hot tub were great amenities! There was tons of space for everyone we had staying and even were able to do some training on the living room TV wirelessly. The CLO of our company was discussing making this an annual trip and the annual place we stay at for it!

Our group of 20 people had a fantastic stay here. It exceeded our expectations. The convenience of being able to walk to the lifts at the base of Park City Mountain was incredible. Jonathan recommended a chef, who was already booked, so we found someone else and I have to say, if you love to ski all day and have a big group, I highly recommend bringing in a chef to make dinners. The house has all the conveniences you need, so we didn’t even leave when we got off the slopes. Everything was as Jonathan described, and he is available at any time with questions or concerns. I highly recommend this spot if you have a large group and love to ski or are visiting Park City.

From the initial booking the hosts provided helpful recommendations and answered all of our questions. The house was better than we thought it would be - very spacious, beds were more comfortable than our own, and well equipped. The bottom of the mountain is a few minutes walk away, making it the perfect location if you are skiing. We walked into town most evenings but Ubers were also so easy to catch.
If you are considering staying, you must, we loved it and I hope to be back soon!
This place is ideally sized for a group or family. It is also less than five mins walk to the chairlifts at Park City, a six min drive to Deer Valley, and a short walk to downtown Park City. The host is very responsive and happy to help in any way. One of the best places we have had around PC.
This home was fantastic for our group of 8 for our company retreat! The space was well laid out with the bedrooms up and away from the social areas. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and large enough to accommodate a much bigger group than ours. The hot tub and sauna was a great way to start and finish a long day on the slopes. The ski room with boot dryer was a very nice touch. it helped keep everyone organized with their equipment and we didn't have to lug our ski stuff up to our rooms every day.
The hosts were very responsive and answered any questions we had within minutes. All 8 of the guests were amazed at how perfect a place this was for us. We would definitely stay here again when back in Park City

Best stocked home of the numerous vacation homes we have rented for the past 25 years. The bed linens were great quality and comfortable. So many televisions!!! The ski/boot room was spacious and great boot drying system. Huge garage that kept 4 SUV’s out of the snow. We totally enjoyed our stay with our adult children and grandkids in this fabulous home! We definitely want to return for another snow and ski vacation!
Perfect jump off point to explore the area! We had 9 couples and the house was perfect for our group hang out. The owner recommended a chef that came in, TAKE his advice! An incredibly memorable meal!

Park City in the “shoulder season” offered limited outdoor activities so you have to create your own fun, so we did. A great lodging experience!

Great Airbnb, with plenty of parking inside the garage and on the driveway. It's about a 15-20 min walk into the downtown area, but it's a nice walk, you can also take the free trolly and Uber/Lyft pretty easily. The rooms were clean and having a separate for all but 2 rooms was really nice for us. The pictures don't show how much open space there is on the main floor but it's really nice. The kitchen, 2 living rooms, 1 bar/game area are all excellent places to hang out. In the basement, there was a sauna, ski racks for drying, and an outdoor spa. We wish there was an AV system to do presentations and zoom calls, we had to find a different venue for this. But, all in all, it was a good experience. Jonathan was super helpful and kind.
